Official Giveaway Rules
OFFICIAL RULES — EVERNESTED 100K Member Celebration Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. SPONSOR. The Giveaway is sponsored by EVERNESTED, a studio of Love Nest Conversation LLC, Union, Kentucky ("Sponsor"). Contact: rachael@lovenestcollection.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry, AND who are members of the Facebook group "Interior Design & Decorating Help Forum" at the time of the winner drawing. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD. Entries open when the official giveaway post is published on Thursday, October 22, 2026, and close Monday, November 30, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET"). Sponsor's timestamps on the giveaway post thread govern.
4. HOW TO ENTER. All entries are made on the official giveaway post in the Facebook group:
- Room entry (1 entry): Comment on the giveaway post with a photo of one room you would like redesigned, or a written description of the room. One room entry per person.
- Bonus entries (optional, 1 entry each, one-time): Follow @evernested on TikTok (+1); follow @evernested on Instagram (+1); follow the EVERNESTED Facebook Page (+1).
- Daily entries (1 entry per day): Comment on the giveaway post once per day with a substantive comment about your room or your design hopes. One-word or check-in-only comments do not qualify. There is no cap on the number of daily entries.
- Sharing or tagging is never required and never earns entries. It is welcomed, and appreciated, but it does not affect your chances.
Bonus actions are optional — the room entry alone fully enters you. Entries that are fraudulent, automated, or generated by bots or fake accounts will be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
5. PRIZE. One (1) winner will receive an EVERNESTED room design package for one room, delivered remotely: (a) a one-on-one design consultation with Rachael Knight Gullette; (b) a custom design board with a shopping link for each selected item; (c) one rendering of the winner's room produced in Sponsor's rendering program; (d) a written design road-map plan. Approximate retail value: $2,000.
The prize is design SERVICES ONLY. It does not include furnishings, products, décor, materials, construction, labor, delivery, or installation, and no items shown on the design board are included. Implementation of the design is not included in any form, and neither are any of its costs: no purchasing or ordering services, no hiring or coordinating of contractors or trades, no project management, and no execution of the plan are provided, and none of the costs of bringing the design to life — including the furnishings, products, materials, labor, delivery, and installation themselves, and any contractor or trade fees — are paid or covered by the prize. The prize has no cash value, is not transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution is offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The consultation will be scheduled within 30 days of winner confirmation, and the design package delivered within 4 weeks of the consultation. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.
6. WINNER SELECTION. On or about Tuesday, December 1, 2026, one entry will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Before the prize is awarded, Sponsor will verify the drawn entrant's eligibility, including group membership, claimed follow entries, and daily comment entries on the giveaway post. If a claimed entry cannot be verified, that entry is void; if the drawn entrant is ineligible or their winning entry is void, an alternate winner will be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The winner will be announced on December 1, 2026 on the @evernested social accounts first, and then in the Facebook group. Sponsor will also reply to the winner's entry comment and attempt contact by Facebook message. The winner must respond within 48 hours of the announcement to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines, an alternate winner will be drawn under the same procedure.
8. PUBLICITY. By entering, entrants agree that their room photos and descriptions, and the finished design created for the winner, may be shared and published by EVERNESTED in its group, on its social accounts, and on its website. The winner agrees to the announcement of their first name and city/state as the winner.
9. RELEASE. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) and Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
10. GENERAL. Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to platform outages or technical issues on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
